If played like this, the "wee"-part starts on a high B - e-string 19th fret. Then moves down an A (17th fret). Then to a G# (16th fret) and then down to your B (7th fret again).
So something along the lines of
19----17-----19-17----16-7
You can work the pattern out yourself probably
