GM7 means G major 7th. That's jazz notation. Gm7 is NOT the same as GM7.

I agree with ClassicManiac; Gmajor7th and Cmajor7th are the correct chords. As soon as I played through the first time, it was evident. Thanks, love this song!

Jeez, it's not rocket science. Capital (upper case) M means Major, lower case m means minor. It's that fooken simple.
