Where Have You Been Intro Tab

I noticed recently that it sounds as if Aaron is sliding down from C to B on
the 2nd string as he slides up from Fmaj to Gmaj. Turns out he plays the G as
(xx5403) with the 2nd string open, with no D in the chord, making a pull-off
from 1 to 0 on the B string.
