At first glance it looks like this.
In the music-video you can see Tommy Johansson playing it higher than the 12th fret (pauze @ min 1:20).
I would say he is in D-tuning or even one tone lower. This tabs seems to me the most fluïd way to play.

The intervals between the notes are correct and i used that and matched the pitch with the actual song and im pretty sure that it was written on the 10th 7th and 9th frets on the D and G strings so if you use the same intervals on those 3 frets it should sound a bit closer to the actual song but other than that solid tab m8
