Strumming Pattern for anyone: (had to figure it out by watching him perform :D)
Em - Pluck 6th, Down strum from 5th, Up strum from 1st
G - Pluck 6th, Puck 5th, Down strum from 4th
Am - Pluck 5th, Up strum from 1st, Slap (immediately), Up strum from 1st
C - DUDU strumming pattern
Repeat throughout
Though, I think this is better w/o a capo
Thanks for the chords too!

capo should be on 2nd fret

this is very close but watching this live video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_BHgzmXlnk
seems like he rarely used the C at the end of the Em, G, Am, C progression, and just strums open and hammers on the Am, and the pre-chorus looks like Bm/F#, C, Em (apart from the last line with 2x Am chords, that seems right)
also no capo but i always say play whatever capo you want that fits your voice
