I think it sounds better if you transpose it +2 (on here, so the chords are: Bm A G Gsus2 D Em and F# ) & play w/ a capo on the 2nd fret.

Like your other tab, it's on the right road =) This is oddly enough another situation I'd rather just play a half step up in open Standard tuning though. And the chords would be Dm C Bb Bbsus2 Bb F C, Bb F Gm A Dm (I'm not 100% sold on that Gm though- the one you called Dm)
