Thanks for the tab! I would make some minor changes, I think the verses are a regular D, not the D/F# you have tabbed before the verse. And I think the F#m sound better as D/F#. And the last F#m halfway through the chorus I think should stay on a G. Love the way the Gmaj7 sounds as well but I would play it as 3x443x. Overall I like the tab, nice job!

A bunch of the chords are tabbed incorrectly or named incorrectly. For instance you have an "Em" with the notes E A D A# C# G. What is that? It's not an Em, and that combination of notes isn't played anywhere in the song. It's like some diminished something. See also whatever you're calling an "F#m" right after. That looks like Bm/F#.
