Good job :-) It's certainly easier to play capo'd, but GL plays it with open with barre chords and alternative shapes.
I have one correction for the riff he plays:
[tab]
e |------------------
B |---3-3-3-3-1-1-3-3
G |------------------ x 2
D |--5-5-4-4-2-2-4-4-
A |------------------
E |------------------
IV
[/tab]
or in open position (how GL plays it)
[tab]
e ||---2-2-2-2-0-0-2-2
B ||------------------
G ||--4-4-3-3-1-1-3-3- x 2
D ||------------------
A ||------------------

They play this song in B without a capo. Transpose the chords 4 staps higher and than you have the right chords just like the JayHawks play it.
Good luck, KeesGroenteboer from Holland
